I Love You" in 1997, based on a popular novel, and won awards for it. His notable works include "Gudumba Shankar" with Pawan Kalyan and "Namma Basava" with Puneeth Rajkumar. He also served as the President of the Telugu Film Directors Association from 2014 to 2018.
